Who we are
We are a team of diverse and passionate students, each unique in our areas of expertise but unified by our shared love for diplomacy and Model United Nations conferences. Our team brings together the strategic thinking of political science enthusiasts, the narrative crafting of literature lovers, the meticulous planning of economics students, the digital prowess of tech-savvy computer science devotees, and history buffs' historical and global insights. While our individual passions and skills are varied, we are all committed to the principles and practice of MUN. Our collective passion for the MUN is rooted in our belief in diplomacy, negotiation, and compromise as effective tools for shaping the future. This shared drive and commitment underpin our every effort to create a dynamic, respectful, and enriching conference experience. Our differences make us stronger, our shared goal brings us together, and together, we are excited to bring you an MUN conference that we believe will be both memorable and impactful.
Meet the team
Leonor Inacio
Secretary-general
Hi, my name is Leonor Inacio, I’m Portuguese and I’m honoured to be your Secretary General at the 2nd edition of PaMUN. I joined MUN four years ago, and it has become more than just a hobby by every conference I attended. I am passionate about Model UN and its work, and it is a dream come true to plan and organise PaRK’s International School’s MUN. I’m very excited to meet you and be your Secretary General.
Rodrigo Pinto
Deputy Secretary-general
Hi everyone, my name is Rodrigo Pinto and I’m PaMUN’s Deputy Secretary-General. When I first got into MUN I didn't know what I was going to do. But now I can say that it was life-changing. My perspective of the world changed completely. It helped me understand how to tackle issues of real life, develop my critical thinking, my communication skills, and my teamwork. That’s the most important thing you’ll learn at MUN, how to work with others despite your differences, to reach a common goal. Hope you enjoy PaMUN and have a fruitful debate!
Maria Badim
Head of logistics
Hi, my name is Maria I come from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. I joined MUN 3 years ago due to ever-growing interest in politics and diplomacy. Besides the important soft skills you learn as a delegate in conferences, I never expected I'd fall in love with the experience as well as the people. This is why I stayed and this is why I'm honored to be your Head of Logistics for the 2nd edition of PaMUN. I genuinely hope that I can make your experience memorable!
Carlota Quintanilha
Head of media
Hi, my name is Carlota, and I have recently joined the MUN. I was always intrigued by the complexities and brilliant ideas that MUN transcends, but I never dared to join such a prestigious club. Eventually, I realised what an opportunity wasted it would be if I didn’t join and relished all the benefits and experiences that the MUN has to offer. I’m Portuguese and have been studying at PaRK since I was one year old! This year I am the Head of Media, of this year’s PaMUN edition, and I have been enjoying this position and trying to make this year’s PaMUN the best one yet!
